These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at gentyc.com (the “Site”), operated by Gentyc, LLC, a California limited liability company (“Gentyc,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These Terms apply only to the Site. Our future products will carry their own terms of service appropriate to what they do.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are accessing the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Use license
Gentyc grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to:

This license terminates automatically if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Gentyc at any time.

The Site, its content, design, code, trademarks, and the Gentyc name and wordmark are the property of Gentyc, LLC or its licensors and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. GENTYC is a trademark of Gentyc, LLC.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any Gentyc intellectual property except the limited use license described above.
Disclaimer
The Site and its contents are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gentyc disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, and uninterrupted availability.
Statements on the Site about Gentyc’s work, plans, or products in development are not commitments and may change without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gentyc, LLC and its members, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Site, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses.
